School Meals

School meals are cooked and prepared in our school kitchen by Norse Catering. The children can choose each morning from the following meal options: main meal, vegetarian meal, jacket potato, school packed lunch or they can bring their own packed lunch from home. The menu is a rolling three week menu.

School meals are free for children in Reception, Years 1 and 2. Years 3 to 6 pay for their meals, which currently cost £2.70 per meal. If you are receiving benefits you may be entitled to free school meals (which is also known as pupil premium). An application form is available from the school office if you think you may be entitled.

Norse Catering can also provide an allergen aware menu, if applied for in advance. A special diet registration form is available on their website: https://norsecatering.co.uk/primary-school-catering/ 

The school is nut free, including the kitchen. We ask parents to make sure any packed lunches brought into school do not include nuts (in cakes, biscuits or spread, etc.)
